CMS Case Study

The Brief:

The team at CMS were looking for a fun way to get their employees connected during a strategy day.

Bringing their different offices together in Sheffield, the ultimate goal was to break the ice and build relationships within the team. CMS’s group of 100 employees who didn’t work together regularly needed an opportunity to get closer.

The Solution:

Bar Explorer was the perfect solution for CMS, the adventurous gameplay and use of GPS hotspots meant that teams would be able to explore together at their own pace. Filled with entertaining challenges that get teams to collaborate and learn from each other, this activity would provide the CMS team with engaging opportunities to have fun.

Divided into groups of 4-6, the different offices were able to be mixed into the various groups. Our expert Remote Host provided an engaging briefing on the activity and remained on standby to assist in breaking the ice within the team. 

The Results:

The CMS team had a blast as they explored the pubs around Sheffield. The teams particularly loved the flexibility of Bar Explorer; teams were able to select the GPS hotspots they were most interested in rather than following a rigid structure.
